Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, representing Texas' 30th district since 2023, has recently voiced her concerns and actions through a series of tweets. She succeeded Eddie Bernice Johnson and has been actively engaging with her constituents on social media platforms.

On March 11, 2025, Congresswoman Crockett expressed her concern over the potential impact of Republican budget plans on Medicaid recipients. "@HouseGOP is risking the wellbeing of 80 million Americans who receive health care through Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program. In my district, 129,930 people on Medicaid are at risk of losing their health care under Republican budget plans."

The following day, March 12, she announced an upcoming Instagram Live session to discuss the implications of a government shutdown led by Republicans. "Make sure your Instagram notifications are on-- I am going on Instagram Live shortly with some special guests to talk about the Republican government shutdown."

Later that day, Congresswoman Crockett highlighted legislative efforts by House Democrats aimed at supporting education amidst economic challenges attributed to former President Trump’s policies. ". @HouseDems & I are fighting for our kids! Unlike @HouseGOP, Dems introduced bills that eliminate interest on student loans, create teacher recruitment grants, & provide financial aid so people can afford college since Trump is killing our economy & making everything cost more."
