Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, representing Texas' 30th district, shared her thoughts on various issues through a series of tweets. Known for her work since replacing Eddie Bernice Johnson in 2023, Crockett continues to engage with the public on pressing matters.

On February 1, 2025, Congresswoman Crockett expressed her support for those affected by an unspecified incident in Philadelphia. She tweeted: "Praying for the victims, families, and emergency responders working tirelessly to save lives tonight. Philadelphia, you are in our hearts."

Later that day, she acknowledged Black History Month with an empowering message. Her tweet stated: "Happy Black History Month! America is facing a SUPER villain, but we are the heroes of our own story. With resilience, grace, & unapologetic power, we rise. No villain can dim our light—our magic is unstoppable. My story is Unleashing Black Girl Magic: The Superpower Within!"

In another tweet posted on February 1st as well, Congresswoman Crockett critiqued tariff policies impacting American businesses. She noted: "As any Freshman economics major will tell Donald, tariffs are imposed on the IMPORTING NATION—NOT the exporting nation. This means AMERICAN businesses will now pay 25% more for many essential goods and raw materials they import from abroad."
