Cost of college went up for all students at Wade College

Tuition and fees rose 2.5 percent for 2018-19 at Wade College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Texas students paid $13,989 to attend the four-year private for-profit institution this year – $335 more than the $13,654 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 10 students received grants or scholarships totaling $50,067 and 11 students took out student loans totaling more than $79,736.

Including all undergraduates (165), 101 students used grants or scholarships totaling $425,155, and 127 students took out $1 million in federal student loans.
