Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, representing Texas' 24th district since 2021, shared her views and actions on social media on November 23, 2024. Her posts addressed legislative efforts against terrorism financing, border security challenges, and a tribute to a local veteran.

On November 23, 2024, Congresswoman Van Duyne announced her support for legislation aimed at combating terrorism financing. She stated, "I voted for the Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act to stop tax breaks for organizations that fund terrorism."

Later that day, she commented on border security issues in Texas. Van Duyne criticized the current administration's stance on the matter by saying, "Texas stepped up to secure the border but Biden-Harris fought us at every step. When President Trump returns to office, we will finally have a partner just as dedicated as @GovAbbott and @HouseGOP to keeping citizens safe." This tweet also included a mention of her appearance on "@MorningsMaria."

In another post from November 23, Van Duyne paid tribute to a Vietnam War veteran from Coppell. She wrote about Captain David Greer’s service in the U.S. Army between 1966 and 1970 and expressed her appreciation by presenting him with a Vietnam Lapel Pin: "Captain David Greer, resident of Coppell, served in the U.S. Army from 1966-1970. I was glad to recognize his honorable service with a Vietnam Lapel Pin."
