Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, representing Texas' 30th district, shared a series of updates via social media on November 22, 2024. These posts addressed various topics ranging from political concerns to international relations and educational opportunities.

In her first post of the day, Crockett criticized former President Donald Trump and the House GOP for their treatment of LGBTQIA youth. She stated that they continue "to attack and scapegoat LGBTQIA youth to distract from their terrible, unpopular policies." She mentioned her meeting with GLSEN to discuss ways to protect children from right-wing attacks in future administrations. The original tweet can be found here.

Later that day, Crockett expressed her appreciation for working with Japanese Congressional Minister Tomoaki Ishigaki. She noted it was an honor collaborating with him "to strengthen ties between our nations" and wished him well in his new position in Brazil. As a token of goodwill, she gifted him a #TX30 Challenge coin. The full message is available here.

Crockett also informed students about the availability of the FAFSA for the academic year 2025-2026. She encouraged those attending school between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, to complete the form promptly to secure financial aid. The details are outlined here.
