Description:
To keep you safe, classes are following CDC guidelines, including small class sizes, social distancing and masks worn.
Our childbirth classes teach the expectant mother and her labor partner about the birth process – how to replace the tension response that occurs during labor contractions with relaxation and effective breathing techniques. Education also assists the labor partner in providing good support, comfort, and encouragement during the birth process. Plan to start these classes around your 30th week of pregnancy.
The Basic Newborn Safety class is free when signing up for Baby Beginnings. Use promotional code BNSfree when registering online.
