Cost of college went up for all students at KD Conservatory College of Film and Dramatic Arts

Tuition and fees rose 2.2 percent for 2018-19 at KD Conservatory College of Film and Dramatic Arts, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Texas students paid $16,993 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $368 more than the $16,625 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 91 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 16 students received grants or scholarships totaling $71,530 and 17 students took out student loans totaling more than $113,900.

Including all undergraduates (111), 82 students used grants or scholarships totaling $360,673, and 86 students took out $605,907 in federal student loans.
