Beth Van Duyne highlights NASA relocation, Medicaid policy, and national security

Beth Van Duyne, currently serving as the U.S. Congress representative for Texas' 24th district, has been vocal in her support for certain causes via her social media posts. Serving in Congress since 2021, Van Duyne succeeded Kenny Marchant, and she often shares her thoughts on matters affecting her district and the country.

On April 18, 2025, Van Duyne expressed her support for a proposal urging NASA to relocate their headquarters to Johnson Space Center in Texas. She stated, "Glad to support this effort to urge @NASA to relocate their headquarters to Johnson Space Center, here in Texas."

Later that day, she questioned the stance of the Democratic Party on Medicaid. In her post, she remarked, "Democrats used to support getting rid of waste, fraud, and abuse in Medicaid. I wonder what changed?"

On April 18, 2025, Van Duyne also expressed appreciation for the current administration's dedication to national security. She commented, "Thankful for an administration committed to keeping our country safe!"

Beth Van Duyne, born in Ithaca, New York, in 1970, currently resides in Irving, Texas. She graduated from Cornell University in 1995 with a BA.
