On February 10, 2025, Crockett announced a virtual town hall aimed at educating individuals about their legal rights. " Y’all! Knowing your rights is POWER!" she tweeted. The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 6:00 PM.

In a tweet dated February 11, 2025, Crockett addressed the impact of ICE raids on community spaces such as schools and hospitals. She emphasized that these places should not be associated with fear due to enforcement actions. "ICE raids in schools, hospitals, and churches are turning places of learning, healing, and worship into places of fear and suffering." Her proposed Protecting Sensitive Locations Act aims to restrict ICE activities within proximity to these areas.

Later that day, Crockett commented on the economic implications of steel tariffs on car prices. She explained how increased costs could ultimately burden consumers. "Let's do the math: A typical car contains 1,000 pounds of steel at a cost of $6,000 to $7,000 per vehicle." She highlighted that a proposed tariff could increase car costs by $1000-$1500.
