Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, who represents Texas' 24th district in the U.S. Congress, shared several updates on her legislative activities and upcoming media appearances via social media.
On February 7, 2025, Van Duyne announced the passage of a significant piece of legislation by the House GOP. She stated: "PASSED: Today, @HouseGOP passed the Protecting American Energy Production Act to end Democrats’ war on American oil and gas and lower costs for working families."
Later that day, she communicated her efforts towards regulatory relief for small businesses. In her post dated February 7, 2025, she mentioned: "This week, I reintroduced the Small Business Regulatory Reduction Act to provide much-needed relief to job creators across North Texas."
