On January 24, 2025, Crockett expressed concern over former President Trump's executive order titled "Security Clearances for All." She stated that this order allows members of Trump's administration to fast-track their security clearances without passing a background check. According to Crockett, this could lead to "national secrets possibly being shared or sold to foreign adversaries or terrorist groups."

Later the same day, Crockett addressed misconceptions regarding the amendment process of the U.S. Constitution. In her tweet, she emphasized that "You need 2/3 of Congress & 38 state legislatures to ratify an amendment," indicating that former President Trump lacks the necessary support for such changes. She also referenced Thomas Paine, stating that in America, "there is no king but the law."

Additionally, on January 24, 2025, Crockett announced an upcoming event in Grand Prairie aimed at assisting constituents with various services. She invited residents to join her District team on February 6 for help with tax returns, passports, Social Security matters, and more. Her tweet encouraged participation by noting that they had "added more spots" for those interested.
