There were 108 Asian students enrolled in Richland Collegiate High School District in the 2021-22 school year, 20% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Richland Collegiate High School District welcomed 336 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Asian students comprised 32.1% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Richland Collegiate High School District roughly covers schools within Dallas County and has a main office in Dallas.

Richland Collegiate High School of Math Science Engineerin was the only school in the district which enrolled Asian students, welcoming 108 students in the 2021-22 school year.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.

More than 5.4 million students are enrolled in public schools across Texas. Nearly one million of them live in rural areas where options for local public schools are few and far between.
