There were 18 white students enrolled in Pegasus School of Liberal Arts and Sciences District in the 2021-22 school year, 18.2% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Pegasus School of Liberal Arts and Sciences District welcomed 486 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 3.7% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Pegasus School of Liberal Arts and Sciences District roughly covers schools within Dallas County and has a main office in Dallas.

Pegasus Charter High School was the only school in the district which enrolled white students, welcoming 18 students in the 2021-22 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
