Trinity Basin Preparatory Education: 4,211 students were enrolled in schools in 2021-22 school year

There were 4,211 students enrolled in Trinity Basin Preparatory schools in the 2021-22 school year, 0.5% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 52.3% of them were girls, and 47.7% were boys.

Data also shows that the majority of students were Hispanic, representing 85% of the Trinity Basin Preparatory total enrollment.

Trinity Basin Preparatory roughly covers schools within Dallas County with its main office in Grand Prairie.

Among the three schools in Trinity Basin Preparatory, Trinity Basin Preparatory recorded the highest enrollment of 2,140 students in the 2021-22 school year.

Education in Texas is often a hot button issue, especially as test scores lag behind other states.

"The problems commonly cited are flaws in the school financing system, relatively low teacher salary, poor test performance by students... dropouts from traditional schools in favor of charter schools... gun violence, and mental health issues," claimed the Texas Almanac.
