Cost of college went down for all students at Parker University

Tuition and fees fell 0.9 percent for 2018-19 at Parker University, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Texas students paid $15,564 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 81 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 38 students received grants or scholarships totaling $327,776 and 27 students took out student loans totaling more than $198,203.

Including all undergraduates (1,435), 235 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.8 million, and 196 students took out $201,634 in federal student loans.
