Graduates earn 380 degrees, certificates from Parker University

About 94.5 percent of the 380 degrees and certificates handed out by Parker University in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Dallas conferred 192 doctor's degrees and 78 associate's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a doctor's degree in chiropractic. Data shows the school gave out 192 doctor's degrees in chiropractic, followed by 53 certificates in massage therapy/therapeutic massage and 34 associate's degrees in occupational therapist assistant.

The university enrolled 1,435 students for 2017-18, including 458 in undergraduate programs and 977 in graduate programs.
