This former City of Dallas area high school athlete are set to compete on Tuesday, June 2.
Two SMU Mustangs athletes have qualified for the upcoming NCAA Track and Field Championship after strong performances at Fayetteville quarterfinals on May 31. Sanders secured qualification in the hurdles while Chacchia advanced automatically from her heat.
The week starting Monday, June 1 will feature action from this former City of Dallas area high school star.
Three Mustangs runners advanced from their heats during NCAA West First Round competition held in Fayetteville and now move on to Friday’s quarterfinals aiming for spots at nationals in Eugene. Senior Hedda Kvalvag joins them as she competes today in triple jump qualifying.
