Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, representing Texas’ 24th district since 2021, has taken to social media to highlight upcoming events and discuss political issues. Her recent statements showcase her engagement with local artistic talents and her political stance on federal regulations.

On March 31, 2025, Van Duyne announced the commencement of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition, encouraging participation from high school artists in her district. She expressed her enthusiasm for the competition, stating, "Calling #TX24 High School Artists! The 2025 Congressional Art Competition is underway, and I am excited to see what North Texas students will create. The winner will have their artwork showcased in the U.S. Capitol for the next year!" She also reminded constituents of the impending deadline for submissions.

Later the same day, Van Duyne highlighted the work of previous participants to inspire current artists. She tweeted, "Get inspired by looking at what #TX24 students created last year!"

Beyond her focus on local art initiatives, Van Duyne addressed national policy issues. She tweeted about former President Donald Trump's actions regarding federal regulations, stating, "President Trump is keeping his promises to the American people by slashing federal regulations that only harm our economy, job creation, and innovation. I am working to codify these common sense reforms by continuing to introduce legislation that cuts bureaucracy, regulations."
