On March 25, 2025, Congresswoman Crockett expressed criticism towards GOP states in her tweet: "The same GOP states that fought tooth and nail against public school funding are suddenly begging for more….right as Trump promises to gut the Department of Education. The hypocrisy is loud, but we see you." This statement reflects her view on the inconsistency she perceives between the actions of certain GOP-led states and former President Trump's proposed educational policies.

In another tweet from the same day, she questioned the stance of GOP states regarding federal aid for education: "Just to make sure there is no confusion…Trump says he’ll shrink the federal role in education, but GOP states are first in line for school aid. So which is it? Y’all hate big government right until you need the check…." Additionally, on March 25, 2025, Crockett brought attention to gender wage inequality by marking Equal Pay Day with a tweet stating: "It’s #EqualPayDay, y’all… and in 2025, the wage gap just got WORSE — widening for the first time in 20 years. Women still aren’t paid equally, and women of color are hit hardest. Equal work deserves equal pay. This is a justice, economic, and American issue." This comment underscores her concern over worsening disparities in wages between genders.
