Rep. Marc Veasey, who has served in the U.S. Congress representing Texas's 33rd District since 2013, shared several updates on social media recently. The tweets cover a range of topics from military support to community events and personal milestones.

On December 11, 2024, Rep. Veasey emphasized his commitment to supporting troops while criticizing the use of the military for partisan issues. He stated, "I’ll always support our troops and fight for their well-being. But I won’t stand by while our military is used as a battlefield for partisan culture wars. We need an NDAA that focuses solely on our nation’s security."

The following day, December 12, 2024, Rep. Veasey reminded his constituents about an upcoming job fair aimed at providing career opportunities to local residents. He announced, " Reminder: Job Fair Tomorrow! Looking for your next career opportunity? Join me at the Annual Job Fair tomorrow, Dec 13, 2024, from 10 AM - 2 PM at Tarrant County College South! Over 50 employers are ready to hire."

Later that day, Rep. Veasey celebrated a personal milestone by wishing his wife a happy anniversary. He tweeted, "The Big 2-0! Happy Anniversary to my wife Tonya Veasey on an amazing two-decade journey! Love you very much!"
