Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, representing Texas' 30th district, shared her reflections and sentiments through a series of tweets. Crockett, who succeeded Eddie Bernice Johnson in 2023 and previously served in the Texas House of Representatives, communicated her thoughts on Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day and expressed support for fellow Congressman Burgess.

On December 7, 2024, Congresswoman Crockett tweeted about Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day: "On Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, we pause to honor the 2,403 lives lost—soldiers, sailors, and civilians—whose sacrifices echo through history. 83 years later, their courage and sacrifice still hit us in the heart. We remember them, not just as numbers."

In a tweet posted on December 9, 2024, she extended wishes of peace and support to unspecified individuals: "May they find peace and support in each other, and may they feel the love and care of all those who are holding them in their hearts."

On the same day, she also conveyed personal condolences to Congressman Burgess and his family: "My heart goes out to my fellow Texan Congressman Burgess and his family during this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with them, asking for comfort and strength in the days ahead."
