Football Set to Open Spring Practice on March 27, Spring Game Set for April 29

First-year Colorado State University Pueblo football coach Philip Vigil has announced his team's practice schedule for this year's Spring Ball.

The ThunderWolves, who are coming off an 8-4 campaign last season that saw the Pack close the regular season with seven consecutive wins and earn a spot in the NCAA Division II playoffs, will conduct 15 practices, including the annual Spring Football Game, which is scheduled for Saturday, April 29 beginning at 12 p.m. in the CSU Pueblo ThunderBowl.

Vigil's first team will begin spring practice on Monday, March 27 as the team will conduct three practices every week except for Easter week (April 3-9) when the team will conduct just two practices and the final week of practice (April 24-29) as the team will hold three practices, plus the annual spring game.

All Pack football spring practices, which will be held in the morning, are open to the public, although the schedule is subject to changes based on weather conditions, so fans should double check with the Pack coaching staff before traveling to campus.
