On Dec. 29, Gilberto R Flores and Gilberto Flores Sr. (also known as) sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 636 Elkhart Ave., Dallas to Yolanda Flores Barron, Analicia Flores and Gilbert Flores Jr.. The property is appraised at $56,350.
