The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Genevieve D. Collins, Collins for Texas, refunded $250 to Joe Popolo on Feb. 2, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Collins for Texas has refunded $68,353 total since Sept. 1, 2020.
