Dallas median home valuations rose by 16.5% in January 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in January 2018 in Dallas rose by $60,060 while total valuation increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $424,754 - a 16.5% increase over the $364,695 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Dallas in January 2017.
