Dallas median home valuations fell by 4.3% in November 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2018 in Dallas fell by $16,450 while total valuation increased by 13.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 58 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $368,551 - a 4.3% decrease over the $385,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Dallas in November 2017.
