Each year, the Heart & Sole 5K has been able to raise money for the worthy cause of providing children in North Texas with critical items and essentials.
This year, due to COVID-19, the event is being held virtually.
The proceeds of the 5K will go toward helping break the cycle of poverty for children in North Texas. The organization wants participants to know that kids, dogs, runners, walkers, and families are all invited to participate and welcome to join in. Runners can connect by purchasing swag that includes long sleeve shirts, customized metals, cooling headbands, lanyards, and coupons.
