Median home valuations in Dallas rose to $130,790 in January 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in January 2018 in Dallas rose by $14,510 while total valuation increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 1,591 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $130,790 - a 12.5% increase over the $116,280 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,529 homes sold in Dallas in January 2017.
