Home valuations increased in Dallas during November 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2018 in Dallas rose by $18,580 while total valuation increased by 0.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 1,696 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $133,225 - a 16.2% increase over the $114,645 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,692 homes sold in Dallas in November 2017.
