November 2018: Balch Springs experienced a 44.9% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2018 in Balch Springs rose by $23,760 while total valuation decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $76,725 - a 44.9% increase over the $52,965 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Balch Springs in November 2017.
