According to an article by TREC, Cornerstone Enterprises Inc. has been awarded a $390,000 grant to redevelop a commercial building located at 2839 S. Ervay St. The new building will house the Cornerstone Community Laundromat, the forthcoming Southpoint Community Market, and a new commercial kitchen.
