The Office of Economic Development has launched the Dallas ZoomProspector which will allow business owners to locate available properties and utilize the interactive location planning tool.
Courtney Pogue, director of the Office of Economic Development, commented on the new Dallas ZoomProspector tool. Pogue says the program will help businesses grow and interact, which will boost productive possibilities.
“Dallas ZoomProspector is a tool that provides businesses of all sizes, but especially small businesses, the data they need to make informed decisions about where to start, grow, or relocate their businesses in the City of Dallas,” Pogue said. “We are laser-focused on helping small businesses get through this challenging time and will continue to find ways to support them. Providing a location search tool like Dallas ZoomProspector is one of those ways.”
The City of Dallas has redevelopment programs as well. Business owners who are interested in finding sites that are within the Tax Increment Financing District can use the new ZoomProspector tool by visiting the website.
