Rep. Mitch Little, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Texas’s 65th House district, posted a series of statements on his social media account criticizing recent media coverage and alleging the existence of a targeted propaganda campaign.
On September 29, 2025, Little wrote, “An emotional overreaction ran into an absolutely brutal set of facts.”
The following day, he commented on an editorial from The Dallas Morning News, stating, “This @dallasnews op-ed came out Friday morning with all the clamor of two mice whispering one to another, after two years of blasting falsehoods through a boombox. You likely missed it. I missed it. “ This tweet was posted on September 30, 2025.
Shortly afterward on the same day, Little added, “The truth is that you have been the subject of a targeted propaganda campaign. This campaign has caught up both intelligent and stupid people. It was intentional. It was persistent.”
Little assumed office after being elected in 2025 to replace Kronda Thimesch as the representative for Texas’s 65th House district.
