Rep. Marc Veasey, who has represented Texas’s 33rd District in the U.S. Congress since 2013 and previously served in the Texas House of Representatives, recently used social media to address concerns regarding files related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. Veasey, a Fort Worth native and Texas Wesleyan University graduate, made several public statements on the matter over consecutive days.
On July 13, 2025, Veasey posted: “Either @realDonaldTrump and his acolytes fueled the rumors of the significance of these Epstein files to help his campaign, or something is there! That’s why on Monday, I’ll introduce a resolution demanding the Trump Administration release all files related to the Epstein case.”
The following day, July 14, 2025, Veasey announced: “I just introduced a resolution in Congress demanding @RealDonaldTrump and @AGPamBondi release all the Epstein files. NO Republican signed on to cosponsor. Thank you for your attention to this matter. -CONGRESSMAN MARC A. VEASEY”
On July 15, 2025, he further commented: “Right now Republicans have an opportunity to do the right thing and force the Trump Administration to release the Epstein files. Will they show courage or continue protecting billionaire predators?”
Marc Veasey was born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1971 and currently resides there. He earned his BA from Texas Wesleyan University in 1995.
