Rep. Mitch Little, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Texas House District 65, has recently posted several statements on his Twitter account, addressing legislative priorities and making remarks about education.
On August 13, 2025, Little posted a brief message: “88-62”.
Two days later, on August 15, 2025, he commented on an educator’s pronoun usage with the statement: “This teacher’s preferred pronouns should be Bye/Bye. https://t.co/v7peGdhYEu”.
Later that same day, Little addressed property tax policy by posting: “Obviously, we need to work on property tax, but if our solution doesn’t address this, we are spinning our wheels. https://t.co/pdqxRENmRC”.
Little assumed office in the Texas State House following the departure of former representative Kronda Thimesch. He represents the state’s 65th House district and has focused his public communications on issues related to taxation and education policy.
