U.S. Representative Marc Veasey recently shared several posts on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, including a pointed critique of former Attorney General Pam Bondi and other updates. Veasey, who has represented Texas’s 33rd congressional district since 2013, has consistently secured re-election in every general election since 2014.
On April 1, 2026, Veasey posted a tweet that included only a link: “https://t.co/MDecDodoKJ”.
The following day, on April 2, he shared another post with two links: “https://t.co/89t2X0wgwi https://t.co/kWnS0Dm4go”.
Later that same day, Veasey published a critical statement regarding Pam Bondi’s tenure as attorney general. He wrote: “Good riddance to one of the worst attorneys general in our nation’s history. Pam Bondi did nothing but help herself and the rich. She still needs to be held accountable for 14 months of straight disappointment toward the American people.
The American people deserve a DOJ that”. The post appears to be unfinished.
Marc Veasey’s electoral record shows repeated victories over various challengers from both major parties across multiple election cycles. In the most recent contest in 2024, he defeated Patrick David Gillespie with nearly 69% of the vote. He also prevailed against Gillespie in 2022 with approximately 72% support and won earlier races by similarly wide margins against other opponents.
