U.S. Representative Marc Veasey addressed a range of issues in recent posts on his official Twitter account, including reflections on historical progress, commentary on hospital closures, and a statement regarding a shooting incident in Minneapolis.

Marc Veasey has served as a U.S. Representative for several terms and has consistently secured reelection victories since 2014. In the most recent general election in 2024, he defeated Patrick David Gillespie with nearly 69% of the vote. His previous electoral wins include defeating Fabian Cordova Vasquez in 2020 with almost 67%, Patrick David Gillespie again in 2022 with over 72%, Willie Billups in 2018 with more than three-quarters of the vote, M. Mark Mitchell in 2016 with almost three-quarters support, and Jason Reeves in 2014 with more than four-fifths of ballots cast.
