Louisiana Tech Bulldogs secure 8-2 win with Wesley Scott in NCAA Division I baseball matchup

Former Lake Highlands High School star Wesley Scott contributed to Louisiana Tech’s 8-2 victory over the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders in their NCAA Division I baseball game on Saturday, April 11, at 2 p.m.

The contest was hosted at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park and marked the teams’ second meeting this season. Louisiana Tech previously defeated the Blue Raiders 8-1 on Friday, April 10.

Scott finished the game with one hit in three at-bats, recording one RBI and drawing one walk.

The Bulldogs are set to face the Blue Raiders again at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park on Sunday, April 12.
