Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, who represents Texas’s 30th congressional district, recently shared updates and commentary on her official Twitter account. Her posts highlighted local achievements, raised questions about federal investigations, and celebrated a significant anniversary for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
On January 12, 2026, Crockett posted about honoring high school football teams from her district: “If you’re looking for champions, look to TX-30! I was honored to celebrate South Oak Cliff and DeSoto High School Football teams on the House floor for their incredible championship seasons. Go Bears and go Eagles!” (January 12, 2026).
Later that day, she commented on Department of Justice actions with a pointed question: “The DOJ has smoke for Jerome Powell, but none for the people in the Epstein files? Also, investigating possible criminal activity everywhere except the White House? Bold move, Pamela.” (January 12, 2026).
On January 13, Crockett marked Founders Day for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority: “113 years later and Delta women are still on the frontlines — organizing, advocating, serving, and leading. I am beyond thankful for this amazing sisterhood, and the legacy that we continue to build! Happy Founders Day to my Sorors of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc! “ (January 13, 2026).
Crockett secured her seat in Congress by defeating Jrmar Jefferson in the 2024 general election with nearly 85% of the vote. In her previous campaign in 2022 she also won decisively against James Rodgers.
