Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, who represents Texas’s 30th congressional district, has recently made a series of posts on her official Twitter account alleging misconduct by the Trump Administration and raising concerns about a constitutional crisis.

On January 30, 2026, Crockett wrote: “The Trump Administration is obsessed with protecting pedophiles. After failing to comply with the subpoena and withholding over 50% of the Epstein files, the Trump DOJ just removed parts of the Epstein files that include mention of Donald Trump. It’s time for this corrupt,”.

The following day, January 31, 2026, she posted: “We are now in a full-blown constitutional crisis. That’s why following the arrests of Don Lemon and Georgia Fort, I sent three separate letters demanding the dismissal of all charges, a congressional hearing, and a DOJ Inspector General investigation. The Constitution demands https://t.co/u0HKabiKcC”.

On February 1, 2026, Crockett shared another post containing two links without additional commentary: “https://t.co/uQxFmEEopp https://t.co/mIB4iMA9Wl”.

Crockett has been an active figure in Texas politics. In 2024 she secured re-election by defeating Jrmar Jefferson in the general election with nearly 85% of the vote. In her previous race in 2022 she also won decisively against James Rodgers with approximately three-quarters of ballots cast in her favor.
