Jasmine Crockett addresses Republican leadership and Supreme Court event in recent posts

0Comments

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, who represents Texas’ 30th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of posts on her official X account addressing both personal and political topics.

On March 29, 2026, Crockett’s team posted a birthday message: “Team Crockett would like to wish our boss the happiest of birthdays! We are proud to work for such a fearless & inspiring leader every single day. Happy Birthday, Boss! https://t.co/CHkAsvQXuq”.

Two days later, on March 31, 2026, Crockett criticized Republican leadership in Washington: “The Republicans cannot govern. Full stop. They have the House, the Senate, and the White House—and still choose chaos and loyalty to Trump over doing their jobs and delivering for the American people. https://t.co/aWa5peZrx1”.

On April 1, 2026, she commented on an event at the Supreme Court: “D.C.’s biggest bully just pulled up to the Supreme Court to try to intimidate the justices into ending birthright citizenship. No sitting president has ever attended oral arguments — but this one thinks the Constitution is optional and that the Court must bow down to him. https://t.co/zRqEAOX2V4”.

Crockett has represented Texas’s 30th District since 2023 after succeeding Eddie Bernice Johnson.[source] She previously served in the Texas House of Representatives from 2021 to 2023. In recent elections, she won decisively against Jrmar Jefferson in 2024 with nearly 85% of the vote and against James Rodgers in 2022 with almost 75%. Born in St Louis in 1981 and currently residing in Dallas, Crockett holds degrees from Rhodes College (BA) and University of Houston (JD).
