On March 19, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) carried out an inspection of Ecigrusa, LLC in Dallas, examining the company’s tobacco post-market activities, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

The final report recommended that Ecigrusa, LLC voluntarily address and improve the management of its operations.
