According to the Dallas County Jail lookup system, Rodiver Campos entered custody in the West Tower on April 10. The public records database lists the associated warrant numbers and initial bond amounts set by the magistrate for each charge. This entry forms part of the ongoing transparency provided by the sheriff’s office to the public regarding individuals in local custody.
The Crimes Against Children Division of the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office handles all sexual abuse cases of children, child pornography cases, and child trafficking offenses. Depending on the year, approximately 700 cases are filed by Dallas County law enforcement agencies. Local agencies coordinate investigations to support these prosecutions, according to the division.
ICE arrested 414 noncitizens charged with or convicted of child sex offenses in the Houston area during the first year of the current administration. These arrests accounted for 761 child sex offenses and 525 other criminal offenses ranging from homicide to robbery.
