On May 13, 2025, Van Duyne announced that her colleagues from the Ways and Means Committee would convene to vote on delivering tax relief to Americans. She stated, “This afternoon my @WaysandMeansGOP Colleagues will meet to vote to deliver tax relief to Americans across the country. We are protecting our American families, workers, seniors, and small businesses from the largest tax increase in American history.”

In another tweet on May 13th at 19:12 UTC, Van Duyne expressed gratitude towards law enforcement officers during National Police Week. She acknowledged their service by stating, “This National Police week, we thank all of the brave men and women in law enforcement who protect our communities. Beth Van Duyne has been serving in Congress since replacing Kenny Marchant in 2021. Born in Ithaca, New York in 1970 and currently residing in Irving, she graduated from Cornell University with a BA in 1995.
