The Bath House Cultural Center announced on Apr. 17 its upcoming schedule for spring 2026, featuring a variety of art exhibitions, music concerts, storytelling events, and festivals at its location on White Rock Lake in Dallas.
The announcement provides information for community members interested in attending cultural programs during the spring season. The center will offer free and ticketed events designed to engage diverse audiences.
Among the highlights is the “Paint NTX” gallery exhibition running from March 28 to April 25 during building hours. On April 18, an open mic storytelling event titled “Talking Dirty After Dark: Stewpot Story Slam” will take place in the Black Box Theater with tickets priced at $12. The Music Concert Series continues with Lakefront Live! presenting Jenny Lampz on April 21 and Paige Hill on May 5; both concerts are free to attend and held at the lake level.
Additional performances include Peña Cultural’s music event on April 23 with a suggested donation of $18, KNON 89.3FM’s “Live on the Lake” concert on April 24 for $20 per ticket, and Alex tha Great’s performance “Don’t Let the Sun Beat You Home” scheduled for May 15-16 with free admission. The center also announced visual arts programming such as “Enlaced: The Language of Fiber,” “Where the Wild Still Breathes: Photographs by Lili Banta,” and “Big Luck: An Art Celebration of AAPI Heritage,” which opens with receptions on May 2.
Festival programming includes Native Plants and Prairies Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 2 (free admission) and the third annual AAPI Heritage & Dragon Boat Festival set for May 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., also free to attend.
Other offerings include theater readings like Echo Reads’ presentation about David Mamet writing a play about Harvey Weinstein by Mathilde Dratwa (May 20), as well as additional Peña Cultural performances such as Vision Andina (May 29).
